White Kampot Pepper
This high quality White Kampot Pepper develops its unique taste as it comes from red peppercorns. Soaked in water for one night, the outer coat is then removed and sun-dried. Its intense, spicy taste conveys hints of fresh herbs and lemon. Grind it on top of your fish - grilled or steamed - or seafood. Also used in puree or white sauces as it will not change the colours of the dish.
