Shipping policy

Delivery charges within Cambodia:

Siem Reap / Phnom Penh - USD 2

Anywhere else in Cambodia - USD 3

For orders in Cambodia of more than USD 35, delivery will be free.

How long will my items take to arrive:

Orders are sent out within 24 hours. Orders outside of Siem Reap are sent with a third party courier company and usually delivered the following day. Some of our items are made to order and will take longer, if that is the case then we will let you know within 24hrs of ordering.

Deliveries outside of Cambodia:

If you live outside Cambodia, please contact us at info@shopsatu.com to discuss shipping options. We can send items by DHL or registered post.
