A ready-to-use blend of sun-dried Kampot Fleur de Sel with Kampot Pepper and ground spices. To use directly to enhance red meat, fish, foie gras, salad or as in Cambodia, with pineapple. Some crystals sprinkled on a plate, just before serving, add a delicate flavour of spices.
