Ravintsara Essential Oil
Fresh and earthy, Ravintsara essential oil has potent cleansing and refreshing benefits. Indicated for ENT-related infections, its antiviral action and stimulating effects on the immune system are powerful and can be used by the whole family. It is very helpful for winter infections.

Fatigue and immunity massage rub: Dilute 3 drops of ravintsara essential oil in 8 drops of sweet almond vegetable oil, then spread the mixture on the sternum, upper back, wrists and elbows, 3 times a day for 10 days. From 7 years of age.
RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION ( in olfaction, diffusion or inhalation )
Diffusion against flu: mix in equal quantities French Lavender, ravintsara and eucalyptus. Diffuse 1/2 hour morning and evening. You can also use this formula in prevention, in an office for example. This can prevent getting the flu in case of an epidemic
Clear cough: mix 2 drops eucalyptus globulus / 2 drops ravintsara and 3 drops niaouli in your diffuser. Diffuse for 30 minutes a day. Repeat for 3 to 5 days.
Start the diffusion at the first signs of coughing to get rid of it as quickly as possible. It will avoid the spread of viruses and the risk of transmission to other people.
