Original Hot Sauce

105 EAST is a premium hot sauce brand, created as a bold Asian alternative and brewed in the Kingdom of Cambodia. Inspired by the 105th meridian, it represents a modern trade route linking Cambodia with the rest of East Asia, from our factory in Phnom Penh to our first export market in Mongolia. Brewed and double fermented with local Cambodian chillies, Kampot pepper, and palm sugar, our sauces offer a deeper, more complex flavour.

Ingredients: Vinegar, Cambodian chili, water, salt, palm sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, Kampot pepper, fermentation culture.
