Mekong Red Vermouth

Merging the rich tradition of South European aperitifs with the bold botanicals of the Mekong region, Seekers have crafted a modern Vermouth for an elegant Asian twist on your cocktails.

Using white wine from Da Lat, Vietnam as a base, they macerate traditional vermouth botanicals with pomelo, kumquat, and Vietnamese and Battambang orange peels for rich, aromatic citrus flavours. Organic hibiscus, pandan and cacao from Mondulkiri and deep, vibrant floral and warm, subtle notes.

Every batch is made to the highest standards with the best ingredients from local farmers. Spirits are distilled in copper stills over naked flames, following one of the oldest forms of distillation. Seekers spirits are made in small batches in their Phnom Penh Spirit House by a passionate team of pioneering distillers.
