Mawsim Gin Spices & Herbs
A vigorous and fresh gin distilled on a micro-scale in Cambodia, a country rich in exotic botanicals, is filled in a blue-green kelder bottle. Selected local spices and herbs, such as raw peppercorns and wild Cambodian cardamom, constitute the warm, fine aroma and pungent aftertaste.
Botanicals: Juniper berries, peppercorns (fresh and dried), Cambodian cardamom, coriander seed, fever tree bark, galangal, ginger, cashew nuts, lemongrass.
Alcohol content: 43% vol.
*It may become cloudy or produce oil droplets, but there is no quality problem. This phenomenon is caused by the fact that the fragrance component extracted from botanicals is volatile oils. Normally, these essential oils are dissolved in alcohol, but due to temperature changes, they can become saturated. Chill filtering can prevent this, but it also impairs the flavor, so MAWSIM insists on using the unfiltered process.
