Black Kampot Pepper
From February, the ripe peppercorns are harvested by hand. They are then cleaned and sun-dried for 2 to 3 days. Black Kampot Pepper develops both strong and delicate aromas. Its taste is the most intense and conveys hints of eucalyptus and fresh mint. Grind it on top of grilled meats or salads.
