A ready-to-use blend of Kampot Flower of Salt (Fleur du Sel) with Black Kampot Pepper and sun-dried Kaffir lime leaves. As one of the most aromatic of all herbs, Kaffir lime leaves bring an elegant citrus flavour to recipes. Sprinkle some crystals of this unique mix on roasted chicken, steamed or grilled fish before serving.

Ingredients: Kampot flower of salt (50%), black Kampot pepper, Kaffir lime leaves.
