Development : The Ampov White Rum is one of the finest rums in the world Canes cut by hand, pressed and fermented during the day. A long fermentation of 4 to 5 days
Distillation in a copper pot still in 2 passes & in a bain-marie. Leave to rest for several weeks before reduction and bottling at the distillery

Tasting : An immensely powerful, lively, vegetal fragrance (fresh cane) with good length
Lemony notes and slightly mentholated, even liquorice flavours

Tasting recommendations : In French Ti Punch, with an ice cube of mango or in cocktails. Can also be served with certain soft cheeses, raw fish (ceviche)
