This colourful stacking bowls set comes with six bowls and six balls in a drawstring bag. From early activities to build hand-eye coordination for a young baby to problem solving games for the pre-schooler, this Rainbow Stacking Set grows with your child. This simple, plastic-free toy has so many uses and is so adaptable to different stages, it is sure to become an integral part of your child’s play sessions for years. Some ideas of ways to use this set include:

- Use the squishy balls to build a baby's grasping and manipulation skills.

- Hide a ball under a bowl and play peek-a-boo, developing baby’s object permanence.

- Playing rolling games also encourages baby towards crawling and creeping as she tries to get it, building gross motor skills.

- Toddlers can attempt to stack the bowls. Using trial-and-error, they will learn how to put the biggest bowl first before stacking smaller bowls.

You can encourage development of size and space concepts, as well skills in lining up objects, by asking questions such as “Which bowl is the biggest?

- Five and six-year olds like to try out juggling, usually without success but with lots of giggling.

Yarn: 60% cotton / 40% acrylic /  Stuffing: 100% Polyester. Can be machine washed at a medium temperature.

Beebee+Bongo is a social enterprise working with marginalized communities in and near Phnom Penh. Their goal is to produce beautiful, high quality and unique hand-made products while providing fair and flexible employment opportunities. Beebee+Bongo has trained more than 120 individuals in basic and advanced knitting or crochet skills. Once trained, all participants have the opportunity to produce products at piece rates. Knitters and crocheters are provided with all materials and receive a fair piece rate for what they produce. Beebee+Bongo regularly visits the communities to collect the products, pay producers and provide support and additional training when necessary. They believe that high quality products can be made at home. This cuts out the need to travel the long distance into the city to find work and allows parents to stay home with their young children. It also means that people can work at their own pace and still earn a liveable income.
