Throughout Cambodia in homes, villages and craft centres, exists the age-old art of weaving – whether of silk textiles, patterned ikat fabrics, woven cotton garments, bamboo baskets, reed mats or rattan furniture. From the Nature collection, the Rattan Vine Silver Earrings pays tribute to this local artistic tradition and the rattan vine. Rattan is one of the most essential forest products in the Greater Mekong as various species preserve local livelihoods as export products and material for shelters. Handmade from polished or matte sterling silver, the Rattan Vine Ring is designed as twisting whirls.

Garden of Desire offers a collection of contemporary jewellery, designed by Ly Pisith and handmade in silver by him and his team of craftsmen. His pieces are made from 955 fine silver, 925 sterling silver and semi-precious stones. Born in Cambodia, Pisith fled to France during the war, where he grew up and built a career as a product designer for major brands such as Alain Mikli and Starck. A career move then took him to Singapore where he met his wife and business partner Agnes Lim. In 2007, Pisith returned to Cambodia and a year later, Garden of Desire was born, founded by Pisith and Agnes.
